It was 1 year ago today that the remains of Caylee Anthony were found.

Today Casey Anthony heads back to court where her attorneys will attempt to take the death penalty off the table and also to block jailhouse recordings.  I don't have links for the trial so just add them to the comments as you guys/gals find them.

Last week Casey Anthony's defense team tipped their hand on how they intended to show reasonable doubt.  Unfortunately for the meter reader that found the remains of Caylee Anthony, he's become public enemy numero uno.  Over the past 1 year+ I have tried to stay away from reports of Kronk about child support and other stories that were hitting the press for what seemed to be little more than attempts to write something, anything, about Caylee Anthony's case because there are just so many people hanging on the edge's of their seats waiting for information.  Well, it seems these latest reports do show that Mr. Kronk does have more than black shoes and brown shoes.  It appears he has issues as well.

After the defense piled on they released their supporting depositions, and from the woodwork lept Kronks past.

There's this tattooed beauty being lead through questioning to touch on all the high-points of the motion.  This is the daughter of a former ex.  Lot's of allegations here from Kronk watching the girl have sex (admittedly she didn't see it though she was "busy" but her boyfriend told her), that's one of a few highlights.  Towards the end she even finds a way to blame Kronk of her mothers death.  You know, he was such a bad guy, and she knew how brutal he was treating her dying mother, but she had him watching her in her final moments because her own daughter was away doing.... well, she doesn't really say.

Here's what Roy Kronks own son has to say about the whole situation.  Apparently they had been estranged for around 10 years.  The defense is using this deposition to show a time-line different from that reported by Kronk previously

Then there's this video of a deposition by Ex-Wife Jill Kerley describing her marriage to Roy Kronk.  You know the usual marriage stuff like, kidnapping, duct tape, beating, stealing,..etc...

Then the other Ex-Wife Crystal Sparks describing her life with Roy.  An old high school acquaintance that graduated to marriage.  Great in the beginning, but like all failed marriages it wore off.  Crystal began to notice that she was carrying all the burdens associated with marriages and having children.  Roy was lazy, sat around and watched tv. His drinking led to arguments and verbally/mental abusive.  She felt brainwashed by Roy.

So that's the latest and greatest on Roy Kronk.  So my question is;
